There is established a fee structure for the commuter bus service, which shall be collected when passengers board commuter bus. (Ord. 688 (part), 1990)
3.28.020 Service charges.
The fees for commuter bus services shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 688 (part), 1990)
