2.04.010 Board of directors.

Pursuant to the election approving the incorporation of the city, the city council is, ex officio, the board of directors of the district. (Ord. 72 § 1 (part), 1976: Ord. 70 § 1, 1976: Ord. 60 § 1, 1974: Ord. 56 § 1, 1972: Ord. 52 § 1, 1972)

2.04.020 Board of directors –Meetings, agenda and minutes.

The meetings of the board of directors shall be held at the same time and place as the meetings of the city council, and one agenda shall be followed and one set of minutes kept; provided, that the actions taken by the city council as the board of directors shall be so designated. 2.04.030 Ordinances, posting places.

Except as the board may otherwise provide by resolution, the three public places in the district at which ordinances shall be posted for one week pursuant to Section 97 of the Estero Municipal Improvement Act, are as follows:

A.    Federal Post Office, Charter Square

1050 Shell Boulevard

B.    Foster City Public Library Lobby

600 Foster City Boulevard

C.    Recreation Center Lobby

650 Shell Boulevard

2.04.040 Rules and conduct.

The rules and conduct for all meetings of the board of directors shall be in accordance with the same rules and conduct stated in Chapter 2.08 of the Foster City Municipal Code, 1975 Edition. All amendments and future amendments to Chapter 2.08 of the Foster City Municipal Code are made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference. (Ord. 77 § 1, 1977)
