CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES FUND

3.32.010 Created.
There is created and established the “criminal activities fund” pursuant to the provisions of Section 11489 of the Health and Safety Code of the state and other applicable federal and state statutes. (Prior code § 8-10.01)
3.32.020 Deposits and expenditures.
All apportionments of moneys received pursuant to Section 11489 of the Health and Safety Code of the state or any forfeiture disbursement made by the federal government shall be deposited in the criminal activities fund and shall be used solely for the investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal activities.
