DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

2.36.010 Established--Authority.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 40805 of the Government Code, there is established the office of director of finance of the city. (Ord. 321 §1, 1986).
2.36.020 Duties.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 40805 of the Government Code, all of the financial and accounting duties imposed upon the city clerk by Sections 40802 through 40805 are transferred to the director of finance as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. (Ord. 321 §2, 1986).
2.36.030 Appointment by city manager:
Appointment to the office of director of finance shall be made by the city manager, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34856 of the Government Code. (Ord. 321 §3, 1986).
