HANDBILL REGULATION

9.28.010 Regulation.
It is unlawful for any person, or entity, to distribute or throw upon any street, park, alleyway, or other public place, or affix or place on any vehicle parked on any street, parking lot or public place, any handbill, circular or notice of commercial advertising. (Ord. 5-89 §1(part), 1989).
9.28.020 Exceptions.
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the distribution and delivery of any newspaper, or any noncommercial handbill or circular. (Ord. 5-89 §1(part), 1989).
