Chapter 4. Bonds of Officials

Sec. 2-4.01 Bond of City Manager.

The City Manager shall before entering upon the duties of the office of City Manager execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of City Manager.

Sec. 2-4.02 Bond of Director of Finance.

The Director of Finance shall before entering upon the duties of the office of Director of Finance execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of Director of Finance.

Sec. 2-4.03 Bond of City Clerk.

The City Clerk shall before entering upon the duties of the office of City Clerk execute a bond to the City in an amount established by the City Council by resolution, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of City Clerk. (Ord. 258 Div. 1 (part), 1987)
