Chapter 2. Fire Code

Sec. 3-2.01 Adoption of Uniform Fire Code.

The Uniform Fire Code, 1979 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials and the Western Fire Chief’s Association, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is adopted by reference and made a part of this Chapter as though fully set forth herein, subject to the deletion set forth in this Chapter. The Uniform Fire Code as adopted shall be known, designated and referred to as the “Fire Code” for the City of Hercules.

Sec. 3-2.02 Deletion: Sec. 1.215.

Section 1.215 of said Fire Code is hereby deleted in its entirety.
