Chapter 2. Use or Possession of Weapons

Sec. 4-2.01 Use, Discharge or Carrying of Weapons Prohibited.

No person shall use, discharge or carry for use or discharge any air gun, pistol or any other firearm or weapon or any sling shot within the City of Hercules.
