Chapter 9. Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance

Sec. 5-9.010 Adoption by Reference.

(a) The Council hereby adopts by reference the updated Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter pursuant to Section 65595 of Assembly Bill 1881.

(b) The Council hereby determines that the proposed Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance proposed by Assembly Bill 1881 has no impacts to the City’s Zoning Ordinance, Central Hercules Plan Regulating Code, and the Historic Town Center Sub-District Plan. (Ord. 455 §§ 1, 2, 2009)
