Chapter 1. Regulations

Sec. 11-1.01 Regulations for Parks, Playgrounds and Recreation Facilities and Apparatus.

Regulations for the use of parks, playgrounds and recreation facilities and apparatus shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

Sec. 11-1.02 Notice of Regulations.

When such regulations have been established, notice thereof shall be given by the placing and maintenance of appropriate signs and markings at appropriate locations.

Sec. 11-1.03 Compliance with Regulations.

When regulations have been established as provided in Sec. 11-1.01 and notice thereof given as provided in Sec. 11-1.02, no person shall use or participate in any activity in or on any park, playground or any recreation facility or apparatus in violation thereof.
