REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

2.10.010 Findings.
The city council finds and declares that there is a need for a community redevelopment agency to function in the city pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California. (Ord. 403 § 1, 1989).
2.10.020 Designated.
Pursuant to Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, the city council of the city declares itself to be the redevelopment agency of the city. (Ord. 403 § 2, 1989).
