9.36.010 Unlawful – Penalty.

It is unlawful for any person to possess an open container of alcoholic beverage or consume any alcoholic beverage within the limits of Holt Park, Mack Park, Van Der Linden Field, and the library-swimming pool complex, except as may be designated on a temporary basis by the Holtville city council.

Any violation of this chapter is an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00. (Ord. 351 § 1, 1976; Ord. 347, 1976).
