SEWER SYSTEM – RATES

13.12.010 Monthly charges.
The monthly sanitation service charge for all users of the city sewer system shall be set by resolution of the council. (Ord. 333 § 7, 1973).
13.12.020 Deposit of moneys.
All money collected from charges for sewer service and sewer connection fees shall be deposited in the sewer fund. (Ord. 333 § 2, 1973).
13.12.030 Connection charges.
In addition to the permit fee in HMC 13.16.020, the city shall charge the property owner such connection charges as are set by resolution of the council. (Ord. 333 § 4, 1973).
