VC VILLAGE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT

9-24.010 Purpose and intent.
The intent and purpose of the village commercial district is to develop an urban core in which a variety of public, regional commercial, recreational, and high density residential uses work in concert to create an urban village. All development within the village commercial district shall be subject to the “Urban Village Specific Plan”, which is on file with the City Clerk, and which is incorporated herein by reference.
