10-24.010 Adoption of the Uniform Housing Code.
The City Council adopts and incorporates by reference, as though set forth in full in this section the 1997 edition of the “Uniform Housing Code” as published by the International Conference of Building Officials and adopted by the State of California under Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations.
The various parts of this code shall constitute and be known as the “Laguna Hills Housing Code.” A copy of the 1997 Uniform Housing Code, printed in code book form, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 2002-4 § 2 (part))
