The California Referenced Standards Code, 2022 Edition, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, as if set forth at length herein, as the referenced standards code of the city of Laguna Hills regulating the construction, alteration, movement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures in the city.
