8.28.010 Dumping wastes unlawful.

No person shall dump or place upon any private or public property within the City any garbage, cans, bottles or other waste material or similar substances. [Ord. 463 § 1, 1968].

8.28.020 Waste material on private property unlawful.

It is unlawful for any owner of private property to allow any garbage, cans, bottles, or other waste material or similar substances upon his property. [Ord. 463 § 2, 1968].
