SENIOR HOUSING

15.08.010 Elevator installation.

A.    Elevators shall be installed in exclusive senior housing which is multistory and contains more than thirty units of housing.

B.    The construction of the elevators shall meet the requirements of the currently adopted California Building Standards Code as referenced in Section 15.04.010.

C.    This requirement shall apply only to structures constructed after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section. (Ord. 924 §21, 2020; Ord. 663 §1, 1986)
