2.50.010 Members.

The Livermore Housing Authority shall consist of seven members, all of whom must be residents of the City of Livermore. Two of the members must be current housing authority tenants. (Ord. 2065 § 1(A), 2018; Ord. 1786 § 2, 2006)

2.50.020 Duties and responsibilities.

The Livermore Housing Authority shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

A. The Livermore Housing Authority administers and oversees the low-income housing units at Leahy Square. Additionally, the Housing Authority oversees the Section Eight Voucher Program for subsidized housing. The Housing Authority may also contract with the City of Livermore and other governmental agencies to oversee transitional housing or affordable housing programs.
