The City of Livermore hereafter assumes enforcement responsibility for the implementation of Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 of the California Code of Regulations and Chapter 6.7 of the California Health and Safety Code relating to the underground storage of hazardous materials. 16.06.020 Designation of responsible agency.
The Livermore fire department is hereby designated as the agency responsible for administering and enforcing Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 of the California Code of Regulations and Chapters 6.5 and 6.7 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Ord. 1476 § 1, 1996)
16.06.030 Penalty for violation.
Any person who violates Chapters 6.5 and 6.7 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code shall be subject to the penalties specified in Chapters 6.5 and 6.7 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety Code. (Ord. 1476 § 1, 1996)
16.06.040 Fees.
The fire department may charge fees that reasonably reflect the cost of administering these programs. The fees shall be set by City Council resolution. (Ord. 2065 § 1(A), 2018; Ord. 1476 § 1, 1996)
