CORPORATE SEAL:

a. A seal consisting of a circular disc and having thereon the words, “City of Lynwood, California, Incorporated July 16, 1921", is hereby adopted as the common seal of the city.

b. The city clerk shall be the custodian of the Corporate Seal¹. (Code 1972 §2-1)
