SWIMMING POOLS; CONTROL OF WATER QUALITY:

Every owner of and resident at property on which there is located a swimming pool, wading pool, or other similar body of water shall maintain the water therein in a sufficiently clear state so that objects on the bottom thereof will be readily visible from the surface. In no case shall the turbidity of such water exceed ten (10) parts per million. (Code 1972 §22-9; Ord. #983, §1; Ord. #984, §1)
