3-21.4 Authorization For Reward:

The Chief Administrative Officer of the City is hereby authorized and directed to pay as a reward three hundred dollars ($300.00) dollars in the aggregate per case where claim for reward is made for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person who shall deface the property of another with paint or any other substance without the consent of the owner.
