PROMULGATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Recreation and Parks Commission shall have the authority to provide for rules, regulations and rental schedules governing reservations for the use of any of the facilities in any of the public parks of the City including the Community Center Building in Memorial Park. (Code 1972 §23-22; New)
