IMPROPER USE OF FACILITIES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use the Community Center Building or any of the facilities of the public parks of the City contrary to the rules and regulations of the Recreation and Parks Commission now or hereafter adopted governing the use of such facilities for group activities.
