LEAVING MERCHANDISE AND OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY ON PUBLIC WAYS:

No person shall leave or permit to remain in or upon any street, alley, sidewalk or in or upon any parkway in any street within the city, any merchandise, fruit, melons, vegetables, meats or any baggage or any other article of personal property. (Code 1972 §28-5)
