FRANCHISE ADOPTED:

Ordinance 1757, as may be amended from time to time, grants a nonexclusive franchise to Torrance Pipeline Company to operate and maintain a pipeline system for the transportation of oil and gas under certain public ways and public places in the city, which is hereby adopted by reference.
