SUBSECTIONS 18-12.2 AND 18-12.3 SHALL NOT APPLY TO GENERAL SALARY AND WAGE REDUCTION PLAN:

The provisions of subsections 18-12.2 and 18-12.3 of this chapter shall not apply to reductions in pay which are a part of a general plan to reduce salaries and wages. (Code 1972 §24-61)
