LATE PAYMENT CHARGES:

Any responsible party who fails to pay a fine imposed by this chapter on or before the date that payment is due, shall also be liable for the payment of a late payment charge of twenty five percent (25%) of the fine. In addition, delinquent fines shall accrue simple interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per year, excluding penalties, from the due date. (Ord. #1598, §3)
