WAIVER OF FEES

4.15.010 City of Belvedere.
(1) By the adoption of the resolution codified in this section the oral understanding and agreement related to the mutual waiver of permits and fees between District and City of Belvedere is hereby formally confirmed.
(2) In keeping with the aforementioned understanding and agreement which has been mutually beneficial to District and City of Belvedere it is determined by the Board of Directors of District to waiver the sewer fees pertaining to City of Belvedere so as long as the City of Belvedere reciprocates by waiving fees which they might impose on District. 4.15.020 Town of Tiburon.
(1) By the adoption of the resolution codified in this section the oral understanding and agreement made in 1980 relating to the mutual waiver of permits and fees between District, Town and Fire District is hereby formally confirmed and memorialized.
(2) In keeping with the aforementioned understanding and agreement which has been mutually beneficial to District, Town and Fire District it is determined by the Board of Directors of District to continue the waiver of sewer fees pertaining to Town and Fire District so long as Town and Fire District reciprocate by waiving fees which they might impose on District.
