ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS*

10.28.010 Signs.
Whenever any ordinance of this city designates any one-way street or alley, the city engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless the signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited. 10.28.020 Schedule.
The streets or portions of streets in this city hereinafter described are hereby defined and established as one-way streets:
(1) Oak Street, from Sixth Street to Third Street;
(2) High Street, from Third Street to Sixth Street;
