11.90.010 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this title, except as otherwise provided, is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars to two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 1247 (part), 1999; Ord. 1176 § 1, 1993).
