STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS

16.66.010 Generally.
Whenever an official plan line has been established for any street abutting property zoned other than single family residential the city may, as a condition of granting a building permit for such property, require the improvement and dedication of any portion of such property between the plan line and the existing property line. This requirement also may be applied as a condition of rezoning of such property. (Prior code § 30.513).
