APPROVAL IN CONCEPT PERMIT

15.37.010 Intent.
To comply with the California Coastal Act and the South Coast Regional Commission’s operating regulations, it is necessary for the City to approve in concept all projects in the coastal zone permit area prior to any action by the South Coast Regional Commission. 15.37.020 Approval in Concept Permit.
A fee shall be established by resolution by the City Council for the issuance of an approval in concept permit. (Ord. 97-7 § 21, 1997: Ord. 1680 § I (part), 1976: Ord. 1621 § I (part), 1975)
