RIDING TRAILS FUND

3.20.010 Created.
There is created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the “riding trails fund.” (Ord. 79 Sec. 1, 1967)
3.20.020 Handling of moneys received.
All moneys received by the city, from donors and others who stipulate that such moneys be expended for horse riding trail purposes, shall be accounted for in the special fund, provided however that the moneys shall be deposited in the general fund bank account of the city. (Ord. 79 Sec. 2, 1967)
3.20.030 Expenditures.
Moneys accounted for in the riding trails fund shall be expended only for the purposes of planning, designing, engineering, constructing, maintaining and improving horse riding trails along existing streets within the Norco city limits. The city council shall determine and order appropriate expenditures from the riding trails fund from time to time as the council in its discretion determines to be appropriate. (Ord. 79 Sec. 3, 1967)
