5.20.010 Unlawful where--When.

It is unlawful for a vendor of any product to offer for sale to school children any product within three hundred feet of the nearest property that is part of any public school during the hours that such school is being attended by students or within thirty minutes prior to such school’s attendance hours or within thirty minutes after such school’s attendance hours.
