10.20.010 Operation prohibited in parks--Exception.

No person shall operate or, in any manner, use a motor driven vehicle having three wheels or less in public parks located within the boundaries of the city except in those portions of the parks specifically designated for said use by resolution of the city council and in accordance with the rules and regulations for the use established by the director of parks and recreation.
