SEVERABILITY

20.45.010 Severability.
If any chapter, section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this title is for any reason held to be invalid by a decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this title. The City Council declares that it would have passed this ordinance and adopted this title, and each chapter, section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more chapters, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
