Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the state of California shall be applicable so as to provide a 90-day limitation for judicial review of any final administrative decision by the council or by any board, commissioner or officer of the city. Whenever any such decision shall be rendered in final form, written notice thereof and of this 90-day limitation for judicial review shall be provided to the person or persons interested in such. The city clerk shall determine and collect the estimated actual cost for preparation of any complete record of the proceedings which may be requested to be prepared. [Ord. 1961 N.S. § 11, 1994].
