MUSEUM BOARD

3.44.010 Powers and duties.
The museum board shall have the following powers and duties:
(a) Those powers and duties set forth in Charter Article 26.
(b) To act in an advisory capacity to the city council and city manager in all matters pertaining to the operation of the Point Pinos Lighthouse.
(c) To recommend to the city council the adoption of such laws, rules, and regulations as it may deem necessary for the administration and protection of the Point Pinos Lighthouse. [Ord. 20-003 § 2, 2020].
