SPECIAL GAS TAX IMPROVEMENT FUND1

6.16.010 Fund created – Permissible expenditures.

In compliance with state law, there is hereby created in the city treasury a special fund to be known as the special gas tax improvement fund. Gas tax moneys received from the state of California for restricted acquisition, construction, maintenance or improvement purposes shall be paid into said fund, and said moneys shall be expended only for said restricted purposes. [Ord. 323 O.S. § 1, 1936].
