11.76.010 Climbing prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to climb, scale, rappel, suspend from, or otherwise ascend or descend, with or without the aid of rope or other climbing equipment, any manmade vertical wall on city property having a height of greater than eight feet. Any violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction, and may be enforced pursuant to Chapter 1.16 PGMC. [Ord. 08-006 § 37, 2008; Ord. 1537 N.S., 1986].
