MOBILE HOME (MH)

17.34.010 Purpose and intent.
The mobile home (MH) zone applies to areas of the City appropriate for the exclusive and orderly planned development of manufactured/mobile home parks and subdivisions. The purpose of the zone is to establish appropriate regulations and standards pursuant to Section 18000 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. This zone falls within the RN 1 and RN 2 General Plan land use designations. (Ord. 1603 § 4 (Exh. I), 2023)
