2.48.010 Park, recreation and arts program.

There is established a park, recreation and arts program to provide opportunities for wholesome and varied year-round public recreation and arts for all age groups within the city. To implement the park, recreation and arts program, the city council may provide for a park, recreation and arts fund, and such full-time and part-time employees as are needed to provide for an adequate and well-administered park, recreation and arts program.
