SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, TOY VEHICLES AND SIMILAR VEHICLES

10.57.010 Riding in certain areas restricted.
No person may ride upon or propel skateboard, roller skates, toy vehicle or similar device on any roadway within the city or on any private sidewalk inside a commercial or business complex. No person may ride upon or propel a skateboard, roller skates, toy vehicle or similar device on any public sidewalk along any roadway which fronts, abuts or adjoins any commercial zone in an unsafe or reckless manner which could reasonably be expected to result in injury to person or damage to property. 10.57.020 No riding in parking lots.
No person may ride upon or propel a skateboard, roller skates, toy vehicle or similar device in or on a parking lot or structure designed or used for the parking of motorized vehicles. [Ord. 931 § 1, 1987.]
10.57.030 Riding in certain positions prohibited.
No person may ride a skateboard, roller skates, toy vehicle or any similar device not designed and equipped with a seat in a prone, crouched or seated position or in any other position than an upright position. [Ord. 931 § 1, 1987.]
