9.36.010 Unauthorized use of badges resembling City badges.

Any person, other than an officer or employee of the City who is authorized to use or carry a badge, insignia or emblem, who wilfully carries, wears, publicly exhibits or displays or uses any badge, insignia, or emblem which is identical to, a replica of, or resembles any official or authorized badge, insignia or emblem issued to such officer or employee of the City is guilty of an infraction.
