REVERSION AND EXCLUSIONS

22.100.005 Reversions.
Subdivided property may be reverted to acreage pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 of Chapter 6 of the Subdivision Map Act. [Ord. 21-2003 §§ 2, 4; Ord. 20-2003 §§ 2, 4; SCC 574 § 2, 1983].
22.100.010 Exclusions.
The property to be excluded from a subdivision and the recorded map shall be in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 2 of Chapter 6 of the Subdivision Map Act. [Ord. 21-2003 §§ 2, 4; Ord. 20-2003 §§ 2, 4; SCC 574 § 2, 1983].
