2.32.010 Declaration of need.

The Council declares that there is a need for a Redevelopment Agency to function in the City. [Ord. 801 § 1, 1972.]

2.32.020 Council is Agency – Powers and duties.

The Council declares itself to be the Agency, and all of the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by law in such Agency shall be vested in the Council. [Ord. 801 § 2, 1972.]

2.32.030 Ordinance copy filing.

The Clerk shall cause a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter, after final passage, to be filed in the office of the Secretary of State. [Ord. 801 § 3, 1972.]
