SEVERABILITY

12.18.020 Application of title.
12.18.010 Validity.
If any chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this title or any part thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid or ineffective by any court of competent jurisdiction, or other competent agency, such decision shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining portions of this title or any part thereof.

12.18.020 Application of title.
If the application of any provision or provisions of this title to any person, property or circumstances is found to be unconstitutional or invalid or ineffective in whole or in part by any court of competent jurisdiction, or other competent agency, the effect of such decision shall be limited to the person, property or circumstances immediately involved in the controversy, and the application of any provision to other persons, properties and circumstances shall not be affected.
(a) This chapter shall apply to this title as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.
