CHAPTER 37. TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLANS

6-37-1000 ADOPTION OF TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS:

In compliance with Health and Safety Code section 40910 et seq., the County hereby adopts Rule 9001 of the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, as administered by, and as amended from time to time by, said District, as the Transportation Demand Management Regulation within the County.
